In The Style of Downton:  A Show of Edwardian Fashion

Join us for high tea and a a unique show of authentic Edwardian English fashion on Sunday, September 15, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.  The event will feature a vintage style fashion show of the designs of Kathy Dowd, creator of authentic historical garments.  The fashion show will feature 15 models wearing reproductions of styles of the period appropriate for all of the many social occasions of the upper classes of the time.  Commentary will describe how each garment reflects the characters of “Downton Abbey.”  Tea, finger sandwiches, and desserts will be served.  The cost is $25.00.  Space is limited to the first 40 people.  Purchase your tickets soon to reserve your place.
