Scottwood Avenue is a private street that runs parallel to the 2000 block of Collingwood Blvd between Bancroft Avenue and Monroe Street
FACILITY RENTALS
Rental of this historic mansion for small weddings, bridal showers, retirement parties, birthday parties, corporate retreats and meetings, etc. go towards the financial support of the Libbey House.
Please note: Porch renovations occurring mid June through mid December 2023 will have limited access to the accessible ramp.
Due to the historic nature of the Home and it’s preservation please note the following:
* Capacity limit is 50 people (Flexible according to type of function, but may affect price)
* Children not allowed on 2nd or 3rd Floor
* No food or beverage on 2nd or 3rd Floor
* No tents, tables or chairs in yard or gardens
We can provide if requested:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Dinnerware
- Glassware
- Flatware
- Limited color of linens
Client may bring in own food and beverage or use any caterer of choice
(Must provide an insurance waiver for your liability if serving alcohol).
2023 Rental Rates
Weddings: $600 – $800
Receptions: $700 – $1000
Wedding & Reception: $1300 – $1600
Bridal or Baby Showers: $400 – $500
Retirement, Birthday, Office Parties: $500 – $800
