Celebrate AMERICA250 | Ohio’s Homecoming & Picnic

July 11 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Nothing says “Happy 250th Anniversary, America!” quite like a picnic. So, throughout the month of July in 2026, communities all across Ohio will gather for food, fun and friendship to celebrate our nation’s freedom, honor of our nation’s history and Ohio’s notable contributions to U.S. history!

Ohio’s Homecoming & Picnics will be a chance for Ohioans to gather in groups of all sizes – from family groups to companies, churches, civic organizations, and even whole communities. It is an opportunity to invite friends from far and near to reconnect and share this festive celebration.

Saturday, July 11th

The beautiful grounds of the Toledo Museum of Art will be the setting for this signature Ohio’s Homecoming & Picnic event.

Join The Libbey House Foundation and as we commemorate the glass industry giant and art museum founder. The Libbey House will be open to the public from 11:00 am -3:00 pm.
